By purchasing and accessing this webinar (“Webinar”) hosted by The Regulators Consultancy you (“Participant”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

The Webinar and all associated materials (including video, audio, slides, handouts, and any downloadable resources) are provided solely for the personal, non-commercial use of the registered Participant. By accessing the Webinar, you agree not to:
- Share, distribute, or forward access links or login credentials to others;
- Record, reproduce, or transmit the Webinar in any form without prior written consent;
- Resell, sublicense, or otherwise exploit the content for commercial purposes;
- Display or broadcast the content in any public or group setting without permission.
*SharePoint content can be monitored to observe activity by viewers accessing online webinars.
- Intellectual Property
All Webinar content is the intellectual property of The Regulators Consultancy and is protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions grants you ownership of, or any rights in, the content beyond personal viewing.
- Violations
Any breach of these Terms and Conditions may result in immediate termination of access, without refund, and may subject you to legal liability. We reserve the right to pursue legal remedies to protect our intellectual property.
- Refund Policy
All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, at our sole discretion.
- Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued access to the Webinar following such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
