Constable Kim Basi has worked in law enforcement for 30 years, retiring in 2020. Kim started her career as a 911 operator/dispatcher before becoming a police officer. Kim worked with high-risk youths in Greater Victoria and spent time in crime prevention where she coordinated police with bylaw enforcement to reduce crime on problem properties.
