Since 2013, Katharine has worked with GovLaw to develop its marketing and communications strategies. She is proud of the client-focused webinar series GovLaw has established over the past year. They are held using streaming technology, reaching clients across British Columbia.

In addition to this series, Katharine develops and implements GovLaw’s client communications, educational materials, as well as their online presence (social media and the GovLaw website).

Prior to working at GovLaw, Katharine was employed as a Communications Officer with the Government of Canada, and as a freelance graphic designer. She graduated from Vancouver Island University (formerly Malaspina University-College) in 1996 with her Graphic Design Diploma.

Outside of work, Katharine likes to travel with her husband and teen-age son. She hopes to travel to the Isle of Wight, where she has family. In addition to travel, Katharine indulges her “geeky” side by watching sci-fi TV shows and movies, and going to Comic Cons.
