In this webinar, Margaret Sasges, K.C. from Camas Law will discuss the opportunities for municipalities to become the recipients of green space land. Many owners of undeveloped land are looking for ways to ensure that the land is maintained in its natural state into the future. Municipalities have an opportunity to work with these landowners, to identify the natural values to be protected and to commit to protecting those values as the future owners of the land.
